These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FanRaiz. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
FanRaiz provides tools for local businesses to create a branded landing page, generate QR codes, capture customer contact details, ratings, and feedback, and offer rewards. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use FanRaiz.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content; no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems; and no collecting customer data without the consent and disclosures required by applicable law.
4. Your content and customer data
You retain ownership of the content you upload (your business details, images, and offers) and of the customer submissions you collect. You grant FanRaiz a limited license to host and display that content in order to operate the service. You are the controller of the customer data you collect and are responsible for handling it lawfully, including honoring opt-out and deletion requests.
5. Intellectual property
FanRaiz and its logos, software, and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the service.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FanRaiz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using FanRaiz at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm to us or others.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
