Account information from business owners (name, email, password). Business content you add (description, images, contact details, offers). Customer submissions made through a landing page (name, email, optional phone and address, rating, feedback, and consent). Usage data such as QR scan counts and basic device information.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and improve the service: to display business landing pages, deliver captured submissions to the relevant business, count QR scans, provide rewards, and keep the service secure.
3. Roles and responsibilities
For customer submissions, the business that owns the landing page is the data controller; FanRaiz processes that data on the business’s behalf. Businesses are responsible for obtaining customer consent and for honoring opt-out and deletion requests.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run FanRaiz (for example hosting, image storage, and email or SMS delivery), and when required by law.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use non-essential tracking cookies without consent.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations. Businesses can request deletion of their account and associated data.
